About Stall Registration

You can setup stalls for any idea - show/sell food, artwork, ideas, merchandise, carnival games, sing/play music, perform magic tricks, inform about culture, or anything at all!

✨ Kids stalls will have first priority!

Event entry is FREE for the stall owner (up to: 2 adults + 3 kids) setting up the stall.

2. Pay the stall registration fee: €20
3. Wait for confirmation email

Terms & Conditions

Please read and accept

• The organizers reserve the right to refuse any stall registration or require changes to the stall idea.

• Stall registration is confirmed ONLY after you receive a confirmation email.

• You will be provided a space and table/chair(s) from the venue for your stall.

• Please bring your own extension wires/etc.

• Stall setup is responsibility of the stall owner. You will be fully responsible for setting up, taking down and making sure your stall area is kept clean and with reasonable discipline not disturbing others, throughout the course of event and on closing.

• We encourage you to make your stall attractive and colorful in true Eid spirit!

• Please post your stall ad/poster on the event page. This helps others know what stalls are already registered.

• The stall owner is expected to be at the venue ONE HOUR before the start time of the event. Failure to do so may result in losing your stall spot.

• You agree to respect and behave kindly with your customers/visitors and other stall owners.

• All profit/loss and dealing between the stall holder and customers are their own responsibility. The event organizers have no involvement/responsibility in this.
