PinFin offers online features that help community members discover information, post content, and connect with one another (for example listings, discussions, events, and optional tools such as matrimony-related or health-community features where enabled).
You are solely responsible for how you use the platform, including any information you submit, any communication you initiate, and any meeting or arrangement you make with others online or offline.
The website and all content, features, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that defects will be corrected. You use the platform at your own risk.
PinFin is a community initiative and may not offer helpdesk, counselling, dispute resolution, or ongoing technical or personal support. General contact details on the site (for example email) are provided for reasonable administrative enquiries where applicable; they do not create a duty to respond within any timeframe, to mediate between users, or to resolve disputes. We may not be able to assist with account, content, or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PinFin and its volunteers, board members, and contributors (collectively, the “PinFin parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or inability to use it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the PinFin parties for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed zero euros (€0), except where mandatory law requires otherwise (for example rights that cannot be limited as a matter of consumer or mandatory law).
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Disputes between users (including financial, contractual, defamation, harassment, or personal safety issues) are matters between those individuals; PinFin is not a party to such disputes and does not guarantee intervention, moderation outcomes, or records retention for legal proceedings.
